Triathlon Training: Week 3 recap

I realized that I forgot to recap last week's training! It was a drop-back week (glorious!!) and here is what it looked like:

Monday - swim 1200 yards
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - brick (15 minute bike/15 minute run)
Thursday - 1100 meter swim/4 mile run
Friday - rest
Saturday - 8.7 mile run
Sunday - 8.7 mile bike

Training went really well! Can't believe I'm 1/3 of the way done with training!!
