Triathlon Training: Week 9 (Race Week)

This was the taper week!

Monday - Transition practice
Tuesday - 800 m swim
Wednesday - Brick (30 minute bike ride/15 minute run)
Thursday - rest
Friday - Brick (20 minute bike ride/10 minute run)

Tomorrow is the big day! Tonight I'm going to pick up my race bib and timing chip and, hopefully, some race instructions since we haven't been given any of those yet! LOL Check back tonight for a few pictures!
