August 2012 - By the Numbers

Swim -  7600 meters (4.72 miles)
Bike - 75.89 miles
Run/Walk - 68.99 miles

Yoga - 430 minutes (7 hours, 10 minutes)

Countless hours of stretching. I really do not know how I did all the exercising I did before with only a miniscule amount of stretching. I guess that's why I got hurt? LOL
