July 2012 - By the Numbers

Swim - 2400 meters (1.49 miles)
Bike - 19.93 miles
Run/Walk - 61.89 miles


Dance (jazz,Zumba) - 6 hours
Yoga - 2 hours, 31 minutes

I also did a lot of core and strength training, too, but decided not to get obsessive about keeping track of those times! LOL
