Week 1 of training complete!

I did my (short) long run on Saturday morning and aside from it being really cold, it went well!

I am feeling pretty good... not feeling any discomfort when I run, just some twinges. But I do still feel the discomfort now and then through the day. It's frustrating, but I'm just going to keep rolling and stretching and training!
