Peak cycle strength training - having a BALL?!

I have an appointment with a ball tomorrow morning!


For some reason, the Peak cycle strength training revolves around the exercise ball! This should be interesting to say the least! I have modified the previous workout routines since I didn't have the ball, but the Peak cycle uses the ball for just about everything! So this should be an interesting experience, to say the least! :)

    1. It was a great workout! I mistakenly thought it would be easier because there weren't many weights required. But by the end, I was dripping sweat - while I was in my air-conditioned house!!
